Can you help me find a venue for my event? TOP
Our party experts can assist you in finding the right venue for your event. We come to you! All parties take place at a venue of your choice.

How do I book an event? TOP
To plan a party with Upon A Star, please call us at 617.797.5562 . It is important to plan your event in advance to ensure your date and time. Most of our events book two to three months ahead. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your party is due at the time of booking your event.

Can you staff my event? TOP
All parties are staffed by our team of professionals who delight in engaging children in the various activities we have planned for an event. We take pride in staffing our events with Mom’s and Educators. We feel that they are experts in understanding how to work with children, lots of patience and kindness!

How do you price my event? TOP
Pricing is based on the number of children, number of hours, activities and add-on’s planned for your event. We work with you along the way in providing costs up-front and indicating any changes made along the way. We are happy to work within your budget. We send you a quote within 7 days of inquiry.

What happens if I need to cancel for any reason? TOP
Should you choose to cancel your event for ANY reason, your deposit is non-refundable. You are responsible for providing the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event by check. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your event. If for some unforeseen reason, you need to reschedule your event, we will gladly offer you any openings on our calendar in the same calendar year (dates contingent upon availability).

Upon A Star provides entertainment. Please be aware that children, who are not toilet-trained or are under the age of 3, must be supervised at all times. Upon A Star assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. Upon A Star is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taking place before, during and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
